Shareholders are advised that the Company’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited annual
financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019 (on which the company’s auditors, BDO South
Africa Incorporated, have expressed an unqualified opinion), is being dispatched today, Tuesday,
30 June 2020 and is available on the Company’s website: https://www.kaydav.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2019-
KayDav-Integrated-Annual-Report.pdf and contains no changes from the summarised audited consolidated
results for the year ended 31 December 2019, which was published on SENS on 31 March 2020.

Notice of annual general meeting

The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting of shareholders of KayDav which
will be held via a remote interactive electronic platform, Microsoft Teams, on Thursday, 6 August 2020 at
10:00. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general 
meeting is Tuesday, 28 July 2020 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 31 July 2020.

Availability of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment compliance report

Shareholders are hereby notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, KayDav’s annual
compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of
2003, read with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2003, has been
