NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s 2020 Integrated Report, containing the annual
financial statements for the year ended 29 February 2020, was distributed to shareholders
today and contains no modifications to the audited results which were published on 29 May
2020. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the annual financial statements of the Company
and their report is available for inspection at the registered offices of the Company.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders will be held at
10h00 on Friday 31 July 2020 at the Raubex offices, Cleveley, Kenneth Kaunda Road Extension,
Bloemfontein, 9301, to transact the business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting,
forming part of the Integrated Report.
The annual general meeting can also be attended at the Raubex offices, Building 1, Highgrove
Office Park, 50 Tegel Avenue, Centurion, 0169, which venue will be linked electronically to the
annual general meeting in Bloemfontein.
The record date for the purpose of determining which shareholders of the Company are entitled
to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 24 July 2020. Accordingly,
the last date to trade for shareholders to be entitled to attend, speak and vote at the annual
general meeting is Tuesday, 21 July 2020.
The 2020 Integrated Report has been published and is available on the Company’s website,
www.raubex.com
