Shareholders are referred to the Trading Update released on SENS on 25 May 2020 and are advised that the below guidance replaces the guidance provided in the previous announcement. Shareholders are advised that Vunani is in the process of finalising its results for the year ended 29 February 2020 and anticipates that it will report basic earnings per share of between 29.0 cents and 40.0 cents, compared to the 54.7 cents per share for the previous corresponding period, which represents an expected decrease of between 27% and 47%. Vunani anticipates that it will report headline earning per share of between negative 5.0 cents and 6.0 cents compared to the 54.7 cents per share for the previous corresponding period, which represents an expected decrease of between 89% and 109%.
