CHANGE IN AUDIT, RISK AND COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE COMPOSITION
Shareholders are advised that Ms Phumzile Langeni has resigned as a member of the Audit, Risk and
Compliance ("ARC") committee with effect from 30 June 2020, to enable her to better balance her time
commitments. Ms Langeni continues as an independent non-executive director on the board and as
Chair of the Social and Ethics Committee. Following the resignation, the ARC committee will comprise
three independent non-executive directors.
