Kore Potash plc, the potash development company whose flagship asset is the 97%-owned Sintoukola
Potash Project, is pleased to advise that the Company will provide remote ‘listen-in’ access to the
Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) via a dial-in facility.

As previously announced the AGM will be held at 11:00 (UK) on 26 June 2020 at Suite 31, Second Floor,
107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN, but due to COVID-19 restrictions, in person attendance is not
possible.
