Shareholders are hereby advised that Finbond has distributed its Annual Financial Statements for the
financial year ended 28 February 2020 to shareholders. The Audited Annual Financial Statements and
Integrated Annual Report have been made available on www.finbondlimited.co.za and remain
unchanged from the audited results published by the Company on SENS on 29 May 2020.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Finbond will be held in the form of virtual
meeting, on Thursday, 30 July 2020 at 14:00, to transact the business as set out in the notice of the
Annual General Meeting distributed together with the Annual Financial Statements. Shareholders can
obtain the required dial-in information from the company secretary, Mr Ben Bredenkamp, at
ben@finbondgroup.com.

The record date of shareholders to be recorded as such in the securities register of the company in
order to be able to attend, participate and vote at the Annual General Meeting is Friday, 24 July 2020.
The last date to trade to be able to attend, participate and vote at the annual general meeting is
Tuesday, 21 July 2020.

Availability of Annual B-BBEE Compliance Certificate
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company’s annual compliance report prepared pursuant to
section 13(G)(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act No. 53 of 2003 is available on
