Change to the Board - Passing of Cornelius Smith

It is with great sadness that the ELB board (“the Board”) advises shareholders that Cornelius Smith
(also known as Craig Smith), alternate executive director of ELB and executive director of ELB
Equipment Holdings Proprietary Limited, passed away on 20 June 2020.

Craig was a dedicated member of the Board for over 8 years and was employed by the ELB Group for
32 years. He will be sincerely missed by his ELB colleagues and friends.

The Board wishes to express its sincerest appreciation to Craig for his loyalty, dedication and
contribution to the ELB Group and extends heartfelt condolences to his wife Jill and family.
