Notification of Delay in Release of Year End Results and Integrated Annual Report Sebata Holdings Limited Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa (Registration number 1998/003821/06) Share code: SEB ISIN: ZAE000260493 (“Sebata” or “the Company”) NOTIFICATION OF DELAY IN RELEASE OF YEAR END RESULTS AND INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT Shareholders are referred to the market notice issued by the Financial Services Conduct Authority (“FSCA”) on 3 April 2020, wherein the FSCA granted a two-month extension to companies listed on the JSE Limited (with year-ends of 31 December 2019, 31 January 2020, 29 February 2020 and 31 March 2020) to comply with various reporting timeframes as provided for in the JSE Listings Requirements as a result of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the resultant nationwide lockdown. The JSE Listings Requirements requires the year end results of the Company to be published within three months after a company’s financial year end and the audited annual financial statements and the notice of annual general meeting to be distributed to shareholders within four months after the end of a company’s financial year-end. Due to the constraints placed on the Company’s auditors as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic and the resultant national lockdown, shareholders are advised that the Company will be relying on the two-month extension granted by the FSCA for the publication of the Company’s year end results for the period ended 31 March 2020 which were to be published on or before 30 June 2020 on SENS. The auditors furthermore wish to extend their apology to shareholders for the delay in the finalisation of the audit and have committed to finalising the audit of the financial results on or about 31 July 2020 and release its integrated annual report on or about 28 August 2020.
