NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PDMRs
The Company confirms that on 15 June 2020 it granted the “2020 Awards” under the Sirius
Real Estate Long Term Incentive Plan 2018 (the “LTIP”), including awards granted to its
Executive Directors and another Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
(the “PDMRs”).
Each award granted to the PDMRs has been granted in the form of a Nil-Cost Option and
consists of “Ordinary Awards” as described in the circular relating to the General Meeting
held on 5 December 2018.

Each award is subject to a performance condition assessed over the five financial years of
the Company, with the first year of the period being the year ending 31 March 2019. Subject

vest following the assessment of the performance condition but will not be “released” until
the end of a further two-year holding period.
