Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 4 May 2020, informing
shareholders who voted against the remuneration policy and the implementation report on the
remuneration policy at the annual general meeting (“Dissenting Shareholders”) of the date,
time and manner of engagement with the Company.

Dissenting Shareholders who confirmed their participation in the manner contemplated in the
above SENS announcement are hereby advised that the video conference has been
rescheduled from Monday, 22 June 2020 to Thursday, 2 July 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
