CHANGE TO THE BOARD

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Mr Friedrich Esterhuyse has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 10
June 2020.

The board of directors of Mettle would like to thank Friedrich for his valuable contribution to the
Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
