information purposes only in respect of Letshego Holdings Limited’s Note
Programme.

APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Letshego Holdings Limited ("LHL") was incorporated in 1998, is headquartered in
Gaborone and has been publicly listed on the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) since
2002.     Letshego is a pan-African financial institution offering microfinance and
consumer lending solutions across eleven subsidiaries in sub-Saharan Africa.


Appointment of Executive Directors to the Board of Letshego Holdings Ltd
Following the executive appointments of Andrew Fening Okai (“Andrew Okai”) as
Group Chief Executive on 1st February 2020 and Tinotenda Gwendoline Muteiwa (“Gwen
Muteiwa”), as Group Chief Financial Officer on 1st March 2020, the Letshego
Holdings Limited (“LHL”) Board has appointed both individuals to the LHL Board as
Executive Directors.


The Board welcomes its new Executive Directors as the Group progresses towards
its collective ambition to build a world-class retail financial services
organisation.
