CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are advised that Capitec Bank Limited (“Capitec”) and First World Trader Proprietary Limited t/a
EasyEquities (“EasyEquities”), which is 70% owned by Purple Group, are in the final stages of concluding a services
agreement whereby EasyEquities will launch investing services within the new Capitec Mobile Banking Application.
This may have a material impact on the price of the Company’s securities.


Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further
announcement is made.
