The Company’s financial year-end was 29 February 2020. Accordingly, the Company is required to release its year end results (“Provisional result”) on SENS by no later than 31 May 2020 and to distribute its Integrated Annual Report containing the notice of annual general meeting (“Annual Report”) to shareholders by no later than 30 June 2020. As a result of the lockdown that commenced on 27 March 2020, the Company is unable to meet these deadlines. The Company’s reporting timelines have, accordingly, been extended by one month and the Company will publish its Provisional financial results on or before 30 June 2020. RH Bophelo expects to release its audited financial statements, Integrated Annual Report and notice of annual general meeting by Friday, 31 July 2020.
