CHANGE IN LOGISTICAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR GENERAL MEETINGS OF SECURITY HOLDERS
Reference is made to the announcement released on SENS on 28 April 2020 advising ordinary and preference
shareholders (collectively “Security Holders”) that a circular had been distributed to the Company’s
Security Holders, setting out details relating to the proposed amendments to the Company’s Memorandum
of Incorporation and containing notices of general meetings to be held on 27 May 2020 (“General
Security Holders are advised that as a consequence of the unprecedented nation-wide lockdown restrictions
imposed on public gatherings as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the General Meetings will proceed as
scheduled but will now only be accessible through electronic participation as permitted by the JSE Limited
and in terms of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, and the Company’s Memorandum of Incorporation. No
Security Holders are permitted to attend the respective General Meetings at the premises of Escponent.
Security Holders who wish to participate in the General Meetings are required to send a request to
email@example.com as soon as possible, whereafter such Security Holders will be provided
with access to an electronic platform wherein the Generals Meetings will be hosted.
It should be further noted that all proxies should contact Computershare Investor Services (Pty) Ltd at
firstname.lastname@example.org on or before 09:00 on Wednesday, 27 May 2020. This request is to allow the
transfer secretaries sufficient time to process and audit all proxies received.
