CHANGES TO THE BOARD


The Board of Directors of AfroCentric (“the Board”) hereby notifies shareholders that Ms Alice
Marie le Roux has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the
Company and a Member of the Group’s Audit & Risk Committee with effect 25 May 2020.

Ms le Roux, a Chartered Accountant, holds a BComp (Hons) and a Bachelors in Accounting.
She is an audit and accounting industry professional with a track record of running her own
successful business. Her career in finance, governance and audit spans over 20 years.

The Board welcomes Ms le Roux and looks forward to her contribution as a Director of the
Company.

Mr JB Fernandes, an existing Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of the
Group’s Audit & Risk Committee, will take up the role of Lead Independent Non-Executive
Director with effect from 25 May 2020.
