Annual results and audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March
2020 and dividend declaration

             Shareholders are advised that YeboYethu’s results and audited consolidated annual financial statements for
             the year ended 31 March 2020 are available on YeboYethu's website at www.yeboyethu.co.za. The salient
             features include:

             -   Basic earnings per share of 1 445 cents (31 March 2019: basic loss per share 2 517 cents);
             -   Final dividend of 84 cents per share, in accordance with the funding terms of the BEE transaction.

             YeboYethu’s only investment is in Vodacom Group Limited (‘Vodacom’). Shareholders are advised that
             Vodacom has released its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2020 on SENS which is available
             for download on the Vodacom website hosted at www.vodacom .com

             Declaration of dividend number 15 - payable from income reserves

             Notice is hereby given that a gross dividend number 15 of 84 cents per ordinary share in respect of the year
             ended 31 March 2020 has been declared payable on Monday 6 July 2020 to shareholders recorded in the
             register at the close of business on Friday 3 July 2020. The number of ordinary shares in issue at the date
             of this declaration is 52 915 960. The dividend will be subject to a local dividend withholding tax rate of 20%
             which will result in a net dividend to those shareholders not exempt from paying dividend withholding tax of
             67.20000 cents per ordinary share.

             Last day to trade shares cum dividend            Tuesday 30 June 2020
             Shares commence trading ex-dividend              Wednesday 1 July 2020
             Record date                                      Friday 3 July 2020
             Payment date                                     Monday 6 July 2020

             Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday 1 July 2020 and Friday
             3 July 2020, both days inclusive.

             On Monday 6 July 2020, the dividend will be electronically transferred into the bank accounts of all
             certificated shareholders where this facility is available. Shareholders who hold dematerialised shares will
             have their accounts at their CSDP or broker credited on Monday 6 July 2020.
