Due to the disruptions caused by COVID-19 and the resultant restrictions placed on public gatherings, the AGM will no longer be held in person and will only be accessible through electronic participation, as permitted by the JSE Limited and the provisions of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended (“Companies Act”), and the Company's memorandum of incorporation. The AGM will continue to take place at 10:00 on Tuesday, 26 May 2020. Shareholders who wish to participate electronically in the AGM are required to deliver written notice to the Company Secretary at the Company's head office at The Boulevard Office Park, 1st Floor, Block C, Searle Street, Woodstock, Cape Town, 7925 or by email to the Company Secretary on antheaa@seaharvest.co.za by no later than 12:00 on Monday, 25 May 2020 that they wish to participate via electronic communication at the AGM (“Electronic Notice”). The Company will reply by email by no later than 15:00 on Monday, 25 May 2020 to the notify a shareholder, who has delivered a valid Electronic Notice as indicated in the notice of AGM, of the relevant details through which the shareholder can participate electronically.
