RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on 2 April
2020 relating, inter alia, to the potential separation and separate listing of Altron’s UK subsidiary, Bytes
Technology Group Limited on the London Stock Exchange (the “Potential Transaction”).

Shareholders are advised that the Company is continuing its preparation work to effect the Potential
Transaction and accordingly, Altron shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing
in the Company’s securities.
