REDOMICILIATION

The Group’s growing business presence in Mauritius has made it more efficient for the management
of HomeChoice International plc to be conducted from Mauritius. On 27 August 2019 shareholders
approved the redomiciliation of HomeChoice from Malta to Mauritius and a new constitution under
Mauritian law.

HomeChoice confirms that it received notification from the Registrar of Companies in Mauritius on 7
May 2020 that the redomiciliation has been completed.
