MR PRICE GROUP’S FINANCIAL RESULTS PUBLICATION FOR THE 52 WEEKS ENDED 28 MARCH 2020

Due to the impact of the nation-wide lockdown initiated as a result of COVID-19, the work streams
related to the finalisation of the Group’s financial results have been delayed.

As a result, the Group will now release its annual financial results for the 52 weeks ended 28 March
2020 on 25 June 2020. The Group will host a live webcast for all interested stakeholders. Details will

closer to the time.
