GPI ENGAGEMENT WITH SHAREHOLDERS

Further to the announcement released on SENS on 29 November 2019, GPI invites those
shareholders who voted against the remuneration policy and the implementation of the
remuneration policy at the annual general meeting of GPI held on 28 November 2019
(“Dissenting Shareholders”), to engage with the Company as follows:

1. a video conference has been arranged for Monday, 22 June 2020 from 14h00 to 15h00
(SA time);

2. all Dissenting Shareholders to confirm their participation to the Company Secretary,
Amber Hensberg, by e-mail at amber@statucor.co.za, by no later than close of business on
Monday, 8 June 2020. Link in details for the video conference will then be provided; and

3. Dissenting Shareholders are further invited to forward their concerns/questions on the
remuneration policy and the implementation thereof to the Company Secretary in writing by
close of business on Monday, 8 June 2020.
