                              Further Issue Listing Application


The Company confirms the allotment and issue of 868,849 new ordinary shares of US$0.50 each
("New Shares") on 1 May 2020. The New Shares were issued to the Company’s Employee Benefit
Trust and are to be used to satisfy share awards vesting on 10 May 2020 under the IPO Share Award
plan.

An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for the Shares to be admitted to the
Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for the Shares to be admitted to trading. Dealings in
the shares are expected to commence on 5 May 2020. The Shares rank equally with existing issued
ordinary shares.

Following Admission, the issued capital of the Company will comprise 1,266,941,899 shares. The figure
of 1,266,941,899 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
