AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT
Trencor’s integrated annual report, incorporating its audited annual financial statements for the year
ended 31 December 2019 (“audited results”), is available on the Company’s website:
http://www.trencor.net/financial-reports/2019-reports/

The audited results will be further distributed to shareholders on Monday, 4 May 2020.

NO CHANGE STATEMENT
The audited results are unchanged from the reviewed condensed consolidated financial statements
for the year ended 31 December 2019 (“reviewed results”) released on the Stock Exchange News
Service on 31 March 2020.

The Company’s independent auditors have issued an unmodified audit opinion. We confirm that
there has been no change to the unmodified review conclusion expressed by the independent
auditors referenced in the reviewed results.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday, 4 June 2020 at Trencor, 13th
Floor, The Towers South, Heerengracht, Cape Town, commencing at 10:00 to transact the business
as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the integrated annual report.

The salient dates pertaining to the annual general meeting are as follows:

*proxies not lodged by this time may be handed to the Chairman or the scrutineers of the annual
general meeting or e-mailed to proxy@computershare.co.za to be received by not later than the
commencement of the meeting.

Shareholders wishing to participate in the meeting via electronic means will be required to contact
info@trencor.net no later than 10:00 on Thursday, 28 May 2020.

UPDATE ON BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT (“B-BBEE”) COMPLIANCE REPORT
Trencor’s current B-BBEE compliance report expires on 4 September 2020 and is available on the
Company’s website: http://www.trencor.net/corporate-information/b-bbee/

The annual compliance report required to be lodged with the B-BBEE Commissioner together with
the audited results can only be submitted once the Company’s verification agency is able to provide
such verification after the COVID-19 lockdown restrictions have been sufficiently lifted to enable
them to do so.
