ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS AND WEBCAST

Shareholders are advised that Kaap Agri intends to release its interim financial results for the
six months ended 31 March 2020 on Thursday, 7 May 2020.

The Company will be hosting a webcast at 10:00 am on Friday, 8 May 2020, to present the
