PICK N PAY’S FINANCIAL RESULT PUBLICATION FOR THE 52 WEEKS ENDED 1 MARCH 2020

Shareholders are advised that Pick n Pay plans to release its annual financial result for the
52 weeks ended 1 March 2020 on SENS before the market opens on Tuesday, 12 May 2020.
A live online result presentation will follow at 9:30am.
