Shareholders are referred to the Circular dated 20 March 2020 and subsequent
announcements wherein they were advised of the details of the General Meeting of Andulela
Shareholders scheduled for 10:00 on Tuesday, 21 April 2020.

Shareholders are advised to click on the URL:
