INDEX REBALANCE POSTPONEMENT OF ASHBURTON GLOBAL 1200 EQUITY EXCHANGE TRADED FUND
SECURITIES



S&P Dow Jones Indices, the calculation agent of the S&P Global 1200 Index tracked by the Ashburton
Global 1200 Equity ETF, has postponed the index rebalance date from 23 March 2020 to 22 June 2020
(“the effective date”) due to unprecedented volatility in global equity markets caused by the COVID-19
pandemic.

The underlying constituents of the Ashburton Global 1200 Equity ETF will rebalance on the effective
date to reflect the index changes.
