The Company’s reporting timelines have, accordingly, been extended by one month and the Company will not publish its provisional results on or before 30 June 2020. Invicta expects to release its audited annual financial statements, integrated annual report and notice of annual general meeting by Friday, 31 July 2020. Should the lock down period be extended Invicta will re-evaluate its ability to produce results by Friday, 31 July 2020. Shareholders will be informed should any further delays be anticipated and will be kept updated in terms of paragraph 3.4(a) and 3.4(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, including any impact assessments of the pandemic.
