EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING UPDATE

The Responsible Entity advises unitholders that the Fund’s extraordinary general meeting which was scheduled
to occur today (“EGM”), was unable to be held due to the relevant venues being inaccessible in light of current
health and safety concerns arising from COVID 19.

As set out in the Fund’s announcement on Wednesday, 25 March 2020, the EGM was originally convened to
consider resolutions to enable the Fund to issue up to 10% of the number of units on issue over a specified
period and subject to certain other conditions set out in the notice of EGM dated Friday, 28 February 2020. The
Responsible Entity had decided that it was no longer practicable in the current climate to propose these
resolutions at the EGM.

This announcement has been authorised for release by the Company Secretary.
