BEE COMPLIANCE REPORT

No change statement
With regard to the audited results for the year ended 31 December 2019, shareholders are advised
that the annual financial statements will be distributed to shareholders on 26 March 2020 and contain
no modifications to the audited results which were published on SENS on 12 March 2019. The
integrated annual report will be available on HIL's website:
www.homechoiceinternational.com/integrated-reports by no later than 30 April 2020.

Audit Report
We confirm that there have been no changes to the unqualified auditor's report which was referenced
in the audited results made available to shareholders at the Company's registered office and on its
website on 12 March 2020.

Notice of the annual general meeting
The notice of the annual general meeting of HIL shareholders will be distributed to shareholders on 30
April 2020.

Availability of BEE Compliance Report
Shareholders are advised that the annual compliance report in terms of Section 13G(2) of the Broad-
Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act No.46 of 2013, will be available on HIL's
website: www.homechoiceinternational.com/integrated-reports on 31 March 2020
