Voluntary Announcement relating to the Impact of Covid-19 (“virus”) Pandemic on the Business Motus Holdings Limited Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa Registration number: 2017/451730/06 ISIN: ZAE000261913 Share code: MTH ("Motus") VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE IMPACT OF COVID-19 (“Virus”) PANDEMIC ON THE BUSINESS Motus, through a recently formed Crisis Committee, continues to monitor the latest guidance from the health authorities. The Committee is monitoring and assessing the situation closely and has implemented controls across all the businesses, to prevent and minimise the potential infections and transmissions of the virus. To date, the virus has not impacted Motus’ revenue materially and the group has not experienced any significant inventory delays. The Motus balance sheet remains strong, and is supported by significant cash and access to undrawn facilities (both local and international). Our debt covenants show comfortable headroom. Management is monitoring the situation closely and appropriate contingency plans have been developed and deployed in the divisions, and are being continuously revised to address potential risks as they develop. Given the fluidity and uncertainty surrounding the situation, currently it is not possible to quantify the future impact the virus will have on the business. Should the impact of the virus become material and quantifiable, Motus will provide the necessary guidance through the Stock Exchange News Service. The information contained in this announcement has not been reviewed or reported on by Motus’ external auditors.
