The Company received notification on 18 March 2020 that David Hunter, a Non-Executive Director of the
Company, had acquired 65,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company on the London Stock
Exchange. The shares were acquired at 72.50p per share on 18 March 2020. David Hunter’s total beneficial
holding in the Company is 65,000 ordinary shares.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
