CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that due to re-structuring within the
group, Mr GW Orsmond has accepted a retrenchment package and Mr MN Louw has taken
early retirement, both with immediate effect. The employment contracts for both Mr Orsmond
and Mr Louw provide that in the event that they cease to be employees of the Company they
ipso facto cease to be directors of Comair.
