In compliance with paragraph 3.75 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited and further to the
‘Resignation of Auditor’ announcement released on SENS on 6 February 2020, shareholders are hereby
advised that Pembury has appointed HLB CMA (South Africa) Incorporated as the Company’s auditors with
immediate effect.
