Appointment of Group Company Secretary and Head of Investor Relations

In terms of paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ms
Nwabisa Piki has been appointed as the Group Company Secretary of ADvTECH with effect from
24 March 2020.

Nwabisa will take over the role from Didier Oesch who has been the Acting Company Secretary
pending the appointment of a permanent Company Secretary.

She will also take up the role as Head of Investor Relations a field in which she has more than ten
years’ experience gained in the Banking, Petrochemicals, Telecommunications and Insurance
sectors. For the past seven years she promoted company performance and prospects to the global
investment and financial community at executive level.

Nwabisa holds a BCom (Accounting) and Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and is a
founding member of the South African Investor Relations Society.

The Board is satisfied that Ms Nwabisa Piki possesses the competence and experience to fulfil these
roles.
