UNAUDITED CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE
SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2019 AND DIVIDEND DECLARATION



1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Revenue decreased by 4.0% to R275 million, from R286 million in the prior corresponding
     period.

     Headline earnings per share decreased by 13.9% to 25.6 cents per share, from 29.8 cents
     per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Earnings per share decreased by 15.6% to 25.1 cents per share, from 29.8 cents per
     share in the prior corresponding period.

     Dividends per share for the interim period decreased by 12.1% to 8.0 cents per share,
     from 9.1 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

2.   DIVIDEND DECLARATION

     The directors resolved to declare an interim gross dividend of 8.0 cents (2019: 9.1 cents)
     per share from income reserves in respect of the six months ended 31 December 2019.
     The dividend amount, net of South African dividend tax of 20%, is 6.40 cents (2019: 7.28
     cents) per share for those shareholders who are not exempt from dividend tax. The
     number of ordinary shares in issue at the declaration date is 100 203 596 and the income
     tax number of the Company is 941 937 8840.

     The salient dates of the dividend declaration are:

     Trading ex-dividend commences                          Wednesday, 1 April 2020
     Record date                                            Friday, 3 April 2020

     Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday, 1
     April 2020 and Friday, 3 April 2020, both days inclusive.
