ACQUISITION OF PRIME PROPERTY IN UMHLANGA ROCKS


In terms of paragraph 6 of the SENS Announcement published on 19 February 2020 in relation to the
Sale Agreement concluded with Tongaat Hulett Development Proprietary Limited (“THD”), the
Conditions Precedent needed to be fulfilled by 28 February 2020. Shareholders are hereby advised
that Balwin and THD have agreed to extend the relevant Conditions Precedent fulfilment dates to 13
March 2020.
