Further to the announcement released by the Company dated 10 February 2020, the board of directors of Ecsponent wish to advise shareholders that it is reasonably certain that the interim results for the period ended 31 December 2019, when compared with the published results for the interim period ended 31 December 2018 (“Comparative Period”), will differ as follows: • earnings per share (“EPS”) are expected to decrease by at least 25.76 cents per share to a loss per share of at least 25.44 cents, as compared to the EPS of 0.319 cents for the Comparative Period; and • headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) are expected to decrease by at least 23.54 cents per share to a headline loss per share of at least 23.23 cents, as compared to the HEPS of 0.311 cents for the Comparative Period.
