RESIGNATION OF ADMINISTRATOR AND COMPANY SECRETARY AND SEM LISTING SPONSOR
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform its shareholders and the public in general that the Administrator
and Company Secretary of the Company, Osiris Corporate Solutions (Mauritius) Limited, has resigned as Administrator
and Company Secretary of the Company, effective from 24 April 2020.
In addition, the SEM Listing Sponsor of the Company, GB Capital, has resigned as SEM Listing Sponsor and Authorised
Representative of the Company, effective from 25 March 2020.
The Company is taking the necessary steps to appoint replacement service providers.
New Frontier holds primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) and the Alternative Exchange of
the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”).
