Notification of Tap Issuance for UBS Actively Managed Exchange Traded Notes
linked to the PrivateClient Global Growth Portfolio 1 Portfolio – Series 5.

Certificateholders of UBS Portfolio Notes linked to the PrivateClient
Global Growth Portfolio 1 Portfolio (the "Reference Portfolio") are hereby
advised of the Tap Issuance that supersedes the Final Terms dated 19
October 2018.

The JSE Limited has granted UBS AG approval for a Tap Issuance of an
additional 500,000 Portfolio Notes linked to the Reference Portfolio
("Tranche 2") to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing
issue of 500,000 Portfolio Notes linked to the Reference Portfolio
("Tranche 1") for Series 5.

These listings are issued under the JSE Placement Document for the Issuance
of South African Securities up to an authorised amount of ZAR 14 000 000
000.
