ISSUE OF IBL140 SENIOR UNSECURED FLOATING RATE NOTES (“IBL140 NOTES”) –
TAP ISSUANCE

Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R100 000 000 (One
Hundred Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL140), under
Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme
dated 10 December 2018.

The IBL140 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 20 February
2020 with effect from commencement of trade.
