Transcend shareholders are referred to the 31 December 2019 year-end financial results and dividend
declaration published on SENS on Friday, 14 February 2020 and are advised that the net dividend
amount due to non-resident shareholders of 27.91290 cents per share is not correct. The correct net
dividend amount is 27.91200 cents.

All other information in the announcement remains the same.
