RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are hereby advised that at the annual general meeting of the Company held at
12:30 today, Thursday, 13 February 2020 at the Conference Venue, Lemoenkloof Guest
House, 3 Malan Street, Paarl (“AGM”), all of the resolutions were passed by the requisite
majorities of the Company’s shareholders.
