Redemption of AfricaPalladium debentures – ETFPLD and ENXPLD (NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 13 February 2020, redeemed 100,000 and 1,101,750
AfrricaPalladium debentures respectively following redemptions in respect of approximately
11,736.640 fine troy ounces of Palladium.

After the redemption, there will be 8,597,750 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 94,182.619 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
