SERVICES FOR THE EXXARO GROUP OF COMPANIES (“EXXARO GROUP”)

This serves as a formal notice that Exxaro will be issuing an Invitation to Tender (RFQ) to the
market for Internal and External Audit services for the Exxaro Group with appointments
effective 1 January 2021.
