RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on Tuesday, 11 February 2020 (in
terms of the notice of annual general meeting dispatched to shareholders on Wednesday, 18 December 2019), all of
the resolutions tabled thereat were passed by the requisite majority of Indluplace shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting are as follows:

- total number of Indluplace shares in issue as at the date of the annual general meeting: 342 067 084;
- total number of Indluplace shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting: 341 797 084; and
- total number of Indluplace shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 292 788 988, being
  85.59% of the total number of Indluplace shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting.
