DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY ASSOCIATES OF A DIRECTOR
Further to the announcement released on SENS and the website of the LuxSE on 4 February 2020, Titan Financial
Services Proprietary Limited ("Titan") has informed Brait that Titan and its affilitates have sold an additional
10,663,403 Rights and 1,437,332 Ordinary Shares to the aggregate value of approximately ZAR26 million and that it
will apply the proceeds to subscribe for additional Ordinary Shares pursuant to the rights offer, over and above the
ZAR1,000 million commitment already provided.
