Subject: Financial calendar for publication of periodical reports in 2020 and information on
submitting consolidated periodical reports
The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company"), hereby announces publication
dates of periodical reports in 2020:
I. Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2019 - 19 March 2020.
II. Consolidated quarterly reports
- 1st quarter of 2020 – 14 May 2020
- 3rd quarter of 2020 – 17 November 2020
III. Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2020 – 20 August 2020.
Simultaneously, following the regulations of §62 sec. 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers
of 29 March 2018 concerning the submission of current periodical information by the securities’ issuers
and also the conditions of recognizing as equal the information demanded by the national lawful
regulation of a country which does not hold the membership in European Union, Company informs that
it is its intention to present in the consolidated quarterly reports in 2020 standalone
financial statements as referred to in § 62 item 1 of the Decree as well as to present the consolidated
interim report for the first half of 2020 including standalone financial statements for the six months ended
30 June 2020 as referred to in § 62 item 3 of the Decree.
Legal grounds: § 80 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2018 concerning
the submission of current periodical information by the securities’ issuers and also the conditions of
recognizing as equal the information demanded by the national lawful regulation of a country which
does not hold the membership in European Union
