Redemption of AfricaPalladium debentures – ETFPLD and ENXPLD (NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 24 January 2020, redeemed 231 000 AfricaPalladium
debentures following redemption in respect of approximately 2,256.512 fine troy ounces of
Palladium.

After the redemption, there will be 11 764 000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 125,106.442 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
